Matt Emmons’ life can be described in two words — always moving. As far back as he can remember, Matt couldn’t sit still, hated being stuck inside for too long, and absolutely loved sports.
A typical day could have included baseball, football, basketball games, an hour or so at the gym and a round of golf. Fast-forward to today, and Matt is still always moving– only now with a stronger purpose and in a continually better direction.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in Fitness Management and Strength and Conditioning from University of Delaware, Matt jumped into the fitness field with a vigor and passion unmatched. He found his true desire in teaching athletes and helping people achieve their toughest goals. Matt holds his certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

In a continually shifting field like health and fitness, what’s best right now might not be the case in a few months down the road. Because of this, Chris always looking to hone and improve his craft in order to deliver a better service to his clients.
